Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Made-to-Order & Customised Products

The majority of Oswald products are made to order and customised specifically for each client. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Embroidered garments

  • Printed garments

  • Sublimated team shirts

  • Garments with names, numbers, sponsor branding or bespoke colourways

Customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where they are faulty or not supplied in accordance with the agreed specification.

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

2. Plain / Unbranded Stock Returns

Plain, unbranded stock items (where no decoration or alteration has taken place) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn and unwashed

  • Items are returned in original condition and packaging

  • Items are suitable for resale

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued once returned goods have been received and inspected.

 

3. Cancelling or Changing an Order

Orders may be cancelled or amended before artwork and design visuals have been approved.

Once artwork and visuals have been signed off and the order has entered production, orders cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.

 

4. Colour & Visual Representation Disclaimer

Every effort is made to represent colours accurately; however, colours displayed on screens may vary due to device settings, screen calibration and lighting conditions. As a result, digital visuals and mock-ups may not exactly match the finished product.

Please note that:

  • Embroidery threads may vary slightly in shade or finish between batches

  • Printed colours may vary depending on fabric type, garment colour and print method

  • Exact colour matching across different decoration methods (e.g. embroidery vs print vs sublimation) cannot be guaranteed

Pantone or reference colours are used as a guide only. Minor colour variations are inherent in garment manufacture and decoration and do not constitute a fault.

 

5. Fabric, Finish & Tolerance Variations

Minor variations in:

  • Fabric texture or composition

  • Dye lots between garment batches

  • Garment measurements within industry-standard tolerances

are considered normal and do not constitute grounds for return, refund or replacement.

 

6. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

While we take great care to ensure all garments are checked before dispatch, if your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

To assist us in resolving the issue, we may request:

  • Clear photographs of the fault

  • A description of the issue

  • The relevant order number

Where a fault is confirmed, Oswald will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the affected item(s), or

  • Offer a refund for the affected item(s)
     

7. Artwork Approval & Acceptance

By approving artwork and visuals prior to production, the customer confirms that all details are correct, including colours, logos, placement, sizes and quantities.

Oswald cannot accept responsibility for errors or issues that were present in approved artwork or specifications.
